Actabl's team was closing out 600+ live projects with data scattered across three tools and a Google Sheet someone maintained by hand. One missed change order, and the document a customer received could be wrong. Now the Documentation Agent reads the live project data and writes the close-out itself. The team reviews instead of builds, and the hour saved per project goes back to customers.

My name is Stacy. I am the Vice President of Onboarding here at Actable. So what that means is I oversee our implementation teams, professional service teams, operations, learning and development. We all live inside of Rocketlane. Lane. So it's really this combination of like the initial stagnant data coming out of Salesforce into our tool, us living and breathing the project as we update this form. And then this form, hopefully nobody goes in there and does anything they shouldn't do.
And then at the end it's like if all of this is right, are we giving the customer the right information at the end. So you have to have this very very clean, probably hours or manual work at the very end. It's a lot of manual work at this time across three systems. Same thing with ChatGPT or now Claude name all these other ones.
It's like you are dealing with a connection between your source of truth Rocketlane and all of these other tools. And if anything breaks in between them, you sometimes don't know and that causes so much more work. If everything within Rocketlane is contained and it learns from itself, it's going to get stronger recently where Zapier just wasn't firing off and we didn't know it. Now we have to go back in and update hundreds of manual fields.
When Rocketlane builds something, they think about those pieces. If they trust implementation, means they're going to trust customer success and support as they go downstream, which means that customer is going to believe in us. The relationships that we have with our customers don't just mean like, hey, we've completed an implementation. It means we get that customer for life.
If we can set the tone in onboarding, we can set the tone for the whole company thereafter. And it's gonna be huge. Free your brain of the details. Let the agents do it for you because once you're free of that and you trust it and it's your partner, there's nothing more gratifying than seeing yourself and your team rise up above that and do more and be more productive and be more creative.
Don't be afraid of it and don't run away from it. Run toward it.
